Responsibilities
Manager a cross-functional team, working with stakeholders to define priorities and then setting clear direction for your reports
Lead cross-functional engineering meetings and design reviews
Dive into and take ownership for critical embedded software, electrical and mechanical design, DFM and DFT deliverables and issues
Work closely with partner hardware operations and software development teams
Assist with recruitment, management, development and maintenance of a world class system design team
Qualification
Required
Experience managing successful and high-performing engineering teams
Experience delivering products utilizing a production development process
Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification) Technology
