Lockton is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for their 8-week Technology Summer Internship Program. This internship will provide exposure to a variety of technological roles and projects, focusing on artificial intelligence and process automation.

Responsibilities

Participate in projects involving AI, automation, and digital transformation

Assist in researching, testing, and implementing AI-driven solutions

Support PMO and other IT roles as needed, contributing to a variety of technology projects and initiatives throughout the internship

Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required

Must be familiar with basic everyday technology such as smart phones, laptops, internet applications, and collaboration software such as Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc

Some understanding of what future IT roles the candidate would like to pursue

An intellectually curious mind will be important to success

Enjoys a freewheeling, collegial work environment, comfortable with sharing their ideas in a group setting

Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet agreed timelines

Successful candidates should have a solid track record in both academic and extracurricular activities such as sports, student government, clubs, or work

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Effective organization and time management skills

Proficient using Microsoft 365 Products

Legally able to work in the United States

Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures

Preferred

Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered productivity tools
