Research trending keywords, competitor Shorts, and evergreen “how-to” topics
Script and film short, snappy videos using the HPC framework (Hook → Progression → Climax)
Repurpose footage from bigger shoots into bite-sized content
Add captions, optimize pacing, and ensure every Short hooks in under 3 seconds
Upload consistently, monitor analytics, and iterate on titles, tags, and structure
Focus on SEO-driven daily Shorts output
Qualification
Required
1–5 years in content creation, editing, or social media
Comfortable filming/editing end-to-end solo (DIY mentality)
Prior experience managing a YouTube/TikTok channel
