Responsibilities
Review system and subsystem requirements for accuracy, completeness, and testability
Plan and conduct validation, integration, and verification activities for system and subsystem requirements per ARP 4754A criteria
Work closely with functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and procedures
Identify and design the test setup and environment for 'black-box' systems
Develop and execute test cases and methodologies, including manual and automated test approaches
Execute complex test procedures in an evolving environment while identifying and documenting modifications
Document and maintain test results and test reports
Ensure the testing process aligns with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance practices
Prepare documentation, artifacts, and traces to support delivery and review of program deliverables
Collaborate with customers in support of system integration
Participate in technical reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or related STEM degree
7+ years of experience working in a highly technical, aerospace-related industry
Experience in integration, verification, and validation of complex avionics or terrestrial systems
Experience in planning and conducting integration testing to ensure seamless collaboration
Experience with ARP 4754A
Preferred
Advanced Engineering degree, (Masters), from an accredited institution
Familiarity with DO-178C, DO-254 and DO-331
Familiarity with testing network systems
