Prepare and file legal documents
Review cases and manage court-awarded judgment debt collection processes
Follow up with court clerks and manage case inventories
Address garnishee and/or consumer inquiries as needed
Communicate with courts, process servers, and defendants via phone
Assist in identifying and executing collection opportunities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with project deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Effective telephone communication with courts, process servers, and defendants
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
A clear criminal background check and clean drug screen are required prior to employment
Preferred
Professional office experience
Some college coursework
Experience in the legal field
Experience with consumer interaction
Being a Notary Public
