Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management

Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure

Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses

Required

A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology

Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization

Technical skills in change management and experience design

Experience in Financial Services sector (Banking Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, or Insurance)

Strong capabilities in communications and engagement strategy and delivery

Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling

Experience in leadership and workforce assessment

Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy

Talent analytics and dashboarding

Coaching and personal development

Team effectiveness and development

The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs

Preferred

Proven experience in building and managing relationships and communicating with impact

Digital fluency and the ability to lead teams effectively

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, coupled with managing change

Commercial astuteness and a solid understanding of sustainability and systems thinking
