Responsibilities

Report to a Research Manager and conduct generative and evaluative research to help improve our products and platforms
Partner with teams such as product management, design, marketing, data science, and engineering to influence product and platform decisions and direction
Collaborate with other research specialities to bring depth to your insights
Communicate research insights in credible, creative ways to help teams understand the needs of our customers

Required

Pursuing a masters program in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or similar and graduating by June 2026
This role is only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)

Preferred

Experience with qualitative (and some quantitative) research methods, along with knowledge of when, why, and how to apply them
Proficient in data management and data analysis
