Start in 2026 SpringAcuity Insurance is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Intern to assist with installing PC systems and peripherals. The intern will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical assistance, and conduct end-user training.

Responsibilities
Installation at the client workstations of the needed hardware and software. Also provide the assistance to keep the desktop systems running efficiently for the client location
Maintain the integrity of the system documentation
Train and educate self in the new areas of job knowledge through education, self-study, and/or reading trade journals
Regular, predictable attendance
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Associate Degree program with an emphasis in Computer Science or MIS with a high degree of achievement
Exposure and/or experience in computer software and hardware installation
Experience with Windows OS
Troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work irregular hours
Demonstrate planning skills, along with problem solving and analytical techniques
Reside within a 2-hour radius of the Acuity HQ
Preferred
Previous related experience
Network technical training or equivalent
Experience in network communications
