The Senior Project Manager will oversee design management activities for transportation and stormwater projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while providing technical assistance to Project Managers.

Responsibilities

Provides oversight to design management of local, federal, multi-modal, transportation, structural, and stormwater projects

Provides technical assistance in design specification and plan interpretation, scheduling, and planning, and general engineering activities to Project Managers

Assists in ensuring all design management activity is performed on schedule, within budgetary limits, and in accordance with current statutes, ordinances, specifications, and contract requirements

Must maintain confidentiality at all times

Required

Bachelor's Degree or certification in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Architecture, or related field

Five (5+) years of equivalent experience

Extensive knowledge of City, State, and FHWA policies and specifications as they relate to construction of City infrastructure

Excellent oral and written skills

Excellent conflict resolution skills

Valid driver's license

Preferred

Possession of Professional Engineer license in the state of Indiana
