Responsibilities
Analyze product, marketing, and financial data to identify patterns and actionable insights
Build dashboards and automated reports in tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
Partner with Product and Growth teams to design experiments and evaluate outcomes
Define and track key metrics across funnels, cohorts, and customer segments
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliable data infrastructure and clean pipelines
Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in fintech or consumer tech
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI / visualization tools
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation a plus
Strong business intuition — ability to connect data findings to real product and growth outcomes
Curiosity, humility, and a builder mindset: you thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
