Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding HVAC systems and services

Collaborate with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery

Prepare and present service agreements and proposals to clients, highlighting benefits and energy efficiency measures

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
