Zurich North America is hiring an EUC AI Automation Lead to drive intelligent automation initiatives across the enterprise. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft technologies and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions across business units

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for AI and automation workflows

Build and optimize scripts using Python and PowerShell for automation and orchestration

Architect and implement RAG-based solutions and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate LLMs into business processes

Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to build low-code/no-code automation solutions

Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI automation solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and automation engineers

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic adoption

Required

Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area OR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area OR

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Database Analysis or Programming area AND

Experience working at multiple phases of database management

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in automation, scripting, and DevOps practices

Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, Python, and PowerShell

Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio

Solid understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Experience with Azure OpenAI or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms

Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search

Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines

Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps
