Responsibilities

Overseeing the financial management of our Private Equity style Real Assets Funds including transaction support for new deals and funds

Manage financial close processes

Supervise ongoing finance operations for SPVs, including the setup of fund administrator services, engagement of tax consultants, accounting, audits, and regulatory reporting

Drive strategic initiatives

Support business growth and proactively engage with senior stakeholders on complex projects

Oversight of portfolio company valuations

Lead internal teams and collaborate with external service providers to enhance operational efficiency

Optimize practices, improve data flows and technology platforms, and mitigate risk across the business

Required

15+ years' experience in financial services and team leadership

Proven track record in managing finance operations for funds and SPVs

Strong communication skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues

Expertise in strategic project management, process optimization, and risk reduction
