Responsibilities

Serve as the Division Director with responsibilities directing, managing, and accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organization
Develop issue papers and other briefing materials and advise high-level decisionmakers and management officials regarding health insurance applications, regulations, and policies interpreting regulations
Oversee data sharing with States, Marketplaces, and other Federal agencies
Develop and implement business processes and requirements for the design and development of systems interfaces associated with a streamlined eligibility and enrollment process

Required

You must be a U.S. Citizen or National to apply for this position

Time-in-Grade restrictions apply
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Providing technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders on eligibility-related business processes and Marketplace eligibility operations; 2) Developing and analyzing policy guidelines, program, and operational activities related to Affordable Care Act (ACA) eligibility and enrollment functions; and 3) Planning, organizing or assessing work activities for subordinate employees
