Responsibilities
Tactical management of rework execution, material movement management, inventory counts, containment actions
Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
Troubleshoot MES/ERP system issues related to traceability
Initial review of incoming Nonconformances
Machining related experience preferred for evaluation
Perform roaming inspections throughout manufacturing processes to support product verification
Perform 200% inspections in Brake Assembly and Wheel Assembly, as required
Support containment activities with Quality Engineering group
Assist Quality with corrective action analysis, PFMEA support
Participate in internal and external audits as required
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline with 2 years' quality experience in a manufacturing environment
OR Associate/2-year degree with 6 years quality experience
OR in lieu of degree, 8 years quality experience
Ability to read blueprints
Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
Tactical management of rework execution, material movement management, inventory counts, containment actions
Troubleshoot MES/ERP system issues related to traceability

This position is classified as 100% Onsite in Troy, OH
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am-7pm (Weekend Shift)
Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Machining related experience preferred for evaluation
Aerospace Quality Inspection or FAA Inspections experience preferred
