Required
6-12+ years experience in transactional and business law
Experience with mergers and acquisitions

Experience with contract review
Ability to support other practice groups such as IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, trademarks, patents, and technology
Focused on delivering high-quality client service through a team effort
