IMC Architecture is a boutique firm looking for a talented and versatile individual to help grow their practice and expand their interior division. The Project Architect/Interior Designer will manage all aspects of projects, including schematic design, construction documents, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all of the project phases such as; Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Custom Millwork Detail, and Shop Drawings Review

Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors

Create drawings, boards, fabric schemes, and any relevant items for client presentations

Assist in the preparation of technical drawings as well as design and conceptual presentation imagery

Research and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, wallpapers, and interior finishes within the project budget and aesthetic
