Provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production
Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making
Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results
Document your work and train stakeholders and peers
Qualification
Required
Experience in providing direct flightline and operations floor support
Ability to create crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production
Knowledge of aerospace Industrial Engineering principles
Experience in standardizing processes and enabling data-driven decision making
Proven track record in owning process improvement efforts and ensuring adoption while demonstrating results
