Responsibilities
Lead client communication and guide individuals through each stage of their case with care and clarity
Obtain and organize medical records, reports, and supporting documentation
Draft and prepare demand packages, track liens, and manage case progression
Request and follow up on police reports, 911 recordings, and other evidence
Coordinate with medical providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
Support attorneys and team members in achieving the best outcomes for clients
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Experience managing cases from intake through resolution
Ability to lead client communication and guide individuals through each stage of their case
Skill in obtaining and organizing medical records, reports, and supporting documentation
Experience in drafting and preparing demand packages, tracking liens, and managing case progression
Ability to request and follow up on police reports, 911 recordings, and other evidence
Experience coordinating with medical providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
Ability to support attorneys and team members in achieving the best outcomes for clients
