Responsibilities

Lead Credit & Collections Strategy: Set enterprise-wide creditworthiness policies, manage collections, and resolve payment discrepancies

Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and improve financial processes, ensure compliance with global regulations, and maintain effective internal controls

Provide Financial Insights: Develop cash forecasts, trend analysis, and support collaborative planning and performance measurement

Champion Integration & Innovation: Facilitate integration of credit and collections for acquisitions and support global implementation of Oracle

Develop Talent & Expertise: Coach and mentor the collection team, increase financial acumen across the enterprise, and educate on credit laws and regulations

Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with global finance teams, promote cross-functional communication, and support organizational initiatives for best practices and lean objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; advanced degree preferred
