They are seeking an Installation & Warehouse Manager to oversee the installation of signage and manage warehouse operations, ensuring high-quality service to clients in the Lancaster area.

Responsibilities

Ensuring high-quality signs are perfectly and safely installed at various customer locations

Managing the installation of a wide range of signage, including banners, electrical signs, post and panel, building signs, and graphics

Organizing warehouse materials and supplies

Operating and organizing two company vehicles

Coordinating the installation schedule with project managers

Assisting ownership and management in growing and managing the installation team

Required

Ability to maintain an organized workspace and vehicles

Commitment to building a signage installation team at our Lancaster PA facility

Experience in sign installation or a related construction field

Proficiency with hand and power tools, bucket trucks, ladders, scaffolding, etc

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders

Leadership experience or potential

Preferred

Experience in sign installation or a related construction field

Skillsets related to managing the installation of a wide range of signage, including banners, electrical signs, post and panel, building signs, and graphics
