Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and timelines

Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or unforeseen delays

Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is progressing according to plan

Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications

Address any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and delays

Lead and manage a team of field workers, providing clear instructions and guidance

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan for upcoming tasks

Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations

Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices

Conduct final inspections and ensure any deficiencies are corrected before project completion

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status

Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability

Approve expenditures and manage financial resources efficiently

Prepare and submit regular budget reports to senior management

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations

Conduct safety meetings and trainings to promote a culture of safety on site

Respond to and investigate any safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed
