Responsibilities

Lead and optimize TMHCC’s end-to-end technology procurement process, aligning spend with global IT and business priorities
Advise leadership on trends shaping enterprise technology — including AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, and sustainability tech
Shape and execute a long-term procurement and vendor strategy aligned with TMHCC and Tokio Marine Group goals
Automate and streamline RFP, approval, and contract workflows using digital tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Agiloft)
Centralize contract management, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate financial integration with corporate systems
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT to drive cycle-time reduction and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field

Expertise in software licensing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
Familiarity with CLM and SAM tools (e.g., Agiloft, ServiceNow)
Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder-management skills
Digitally fluent with a continuous-improvement mindset
Confident communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decision-makers
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results
