They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in hospital and outpatient settings, ensuring the timely completion of various patient-related documents and assisting patients with appointments and transportation arrangements.

Ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders
Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments
Qualification
Required
We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office)
Type 60 WPM
High school diploma or GED
Obtained their CMS- approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification and at times operates as a PCT
