Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of RF engineers focused on simulation and measurement
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development support
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, applications, and layout engineering teams
Drive continuous improvement in simulation and measurement capabilities through tool upgrades, process automation, and training
Contribute to technology and product roadmaps, aligning team efforts to with strategic goals
Design RF structures and systems using simulation-driven methodologies, using advanced SI/PI simulation tools
Develop and validate simulation models, optimize designs, and correlate results with physical measurements
Conduct hands-on lab measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, time-domain reflectometers, and other RF test equipment
Analyze discrepancies between simulation and measurement results, lead root-cause investigations, implement design refinements
Contribute to development of next generation RF calibration methodologies
Automate simulation and measurement workflows to improve efficiency and repeatability
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent work experience
