Responsibilities
Manage the engineering team responsible for the HingeSelect virtual care experience
Partner with Product and Design to translate concepts into shipped features—clarify requirements, iterate quickly, and sweat the details
Develop seamless member experiences and intuitive tools for specialists to conduct visits, document encounters, and collaborate with care teams
Leverage AI for clinical note generation, quality monitoring, and automated workflows
Build a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
Support hiring and resource planning with a focus on technical excellence, developer velocity, and long-term team health
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
8+ years of experience in technology, with focus on on SaaS products and large-scale, complex systems
2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers
4+ years of programming experience in React, Golang, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages
Preferred
Hands-on experience building telehealth products and multi-sided network platforms
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, CCPA)
Experience with AI technologies for software design and coding assistance
