Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in a related discipline or three years of recent experience serving in a supervisory position on a security services contract
Training and experience in law enforcement operations and training
Experience in payroll activities and personnel administration
Active SECRET CLEARANCE
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to comprehend and enforce rules, detailed instructions, and training materials
Ability to maintain poise and self-control under stressful conditions
Ability to make quick decisions
Ability to co-manage a security force of 50 or more Protective Security officers
