This role will ensure the seamless transition of designs into production and drive technical excellence in the remanufacturing of precision components such as turbochargers and fuel injectors.

Responsibilities
Serve as the technical link between Engineering and Manufacturing to align product design with production capabilities
Develop and refine efficient, high-quality processes for remanufacturing and assembly
Support new product launches, reverse engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and product issues
Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
Proven experience in turbocharger or fuel injector production or remanufacturing
Strong understanding of both product and process engineering
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
