Responsibilities

Calculating tax results and preparing compliance submissions, including 1120 and 1065 filings

Engage in financial accounting, tax capacity, and balance sheet assets/liabilities, impacting restructuring transactions, tax structures, and funding considerations

Preparing monthly and semi-annual tax provision/accounting disclosures

Preparing 1120 and 1065 tax returns and understanding tax positions and their future impacts

Required

Strong analytical acumen to understand what is behind the numbers and the transactions affecting group results

Ability to work independently and research with disparate sources of information from various business units

Experience in preparing monthly and semi-annual tax provision/accounting disclosures

Proficiency in preparing 1120 and 1065 tax returns and understanding tax positions and their future impacts
