Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Latin America-focused deal team and internal stakeholders during the structuring, approval, and lifecycle management of lending and structured trade transactions

Identifying and addressing risks

Presenting risk mitigation controls for approvals

Ensuring proper documentation of controls and conditions

Assigning responsibilities to ensure compliance throughout the transaction's lifecycle

Manage a portfolio of transactions by analyzing financial information

Maintain communication with customers and external parties

Provide regular portfolio updates to internal stakeholders

Required

Qualifications in finance, accounting, engineering, data science or other quantitative disciplines, ideally with postgraduate studies, with 2-4 years of relevant experience

Strong commercial orientation and an understanding of banking, financial analysis and risk-related issues

Detail oriented with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess a sense of urgency and accountability, ability to respond to tight deadline requirements

Spanish language fluency is essential

Preferred

Portuguese language skills would be positive but not essential
