Customer Service & Sales Associate - Los Angeles, CA
South Mill Champs Mushrooms is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate to support the Sales Operations Manager. The role involves processing customer orders, maintaining communication with various departments, and assisting with inventory tracking and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Perform all tasks necessary to process and expedite customer orders and order updates from receipt of order to shipping of the product
Maintains communication with Packing, Shipping and Transportation regarding daily order processing
Communicates with customers regularly regarding orders, transportation, delivery
Schedules delivery appointments when required
Assists with inventory tracking and reconciliation
Handles billing of invoices through email, fax, or post
Maintains Sales reports and documents as needed upon request in various formats
Assist Sales Operations Manager, Sales Director and Supervisor as required with administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
High School or General Education Diploma
Knowledge of basic inventory accounting and book-keeping
Familiar with business office activity
Familiarity with office equipment and supplies
Preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication and reasoning skills
Self-motivation, strong work ethic and integrity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable in team-oriented, fast-paced environment with competing demands on time and tasks
Good math skills
Good reading and comprehension skills (English)
Ability to maintain positive and courteous attitude in all circumstances and toward all customers and/or co-workers
Knowledge of mushrooms and produce is preferred
