Account Executive, Mid-Market

They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for managing the full sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise organizations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for mid-market accounts (typically 150–1,000 employees)
Manage inbound opportunities and proactively build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
Conduct discovery to deeply understand customer needs and align Front’s value proposition to business goals
Deliver tailored demos and presentations that showcase Front’s capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong)
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Qualification
Required
8+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a quota-carrying Account Executive role
Proven track record of success in a mid-market, or emerging enterprise segments
Strong discovery, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
A consultative selling approach and a customer-first mindset
Comfort working in a fast-growing environment where processes evolve quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
