Business Development Manager - 3PL
Blue Signal Search is an award-winning executive search firm specializing in sales and business development recruiting. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead new business initiatives and expand the client portfolio in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the logistics industry
Develop strategic sales plans and execute them to achieve ambitious growth targets
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and introduce innovative approaches
Serve as the bridge between clients and the internal customer service team to ensure seamless transitions and sustained account growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry
Proven experience in brokerage sales with a strong dry van and reefer book of business
Proven ability to bring in new business and meet/exceed sales goals
A self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience creating and executing sales strategies, with a focus on targeting key accounts
Flexibility to travel monthly and engage in on-site collaboration
