Law Practice
Responsibilities
Focus exclusively on practicing law and advocating for clients in the courtroom
Benefit from a 5:1 support staff-to-trial attorney ratio
Work with a dedicated intake team, with no onboarding or sales responsibilities
Have a full-time legal assistant assigned to every attorney
Engage with specialized teams for ALRs, ODLs, billing, and admin functions
Handle ALR hearings with seasoned specialists
Receive strategic case assignments that minimize travel and match expertise
Practice law at the highest level without distractions
Advance careers without leaving the courtroom and pursue new opportunities in leadership, mentorship, or specialized practice areas
Collaborate with top-tier talent and work alongside exceptional peers
Contribute to the firm’s goal of becoming the first nationwide criminal defense brand
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Criminal Defense Lawyer
Strong advocacy skills in the courtroom
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys
Commitment to client care and exceptional service
Willingness to embrace technology and innovation in legal practice
Ability to manage a manageable caseload while maintaining high standards of care
Preferred
10+ years of experience in criminal defense
Experience in leadership or mentorship roles
Familiarity with ALR hearings and specialized practice areas
