Ability to converse with the model on language scenarios
Skill in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness
Capability to capture reproducible error traces
Experience in suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Master's or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related field
Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
