Responsibilities
You will safely service customers at customer sites for equipment manufacturing by the LAMT Concord facility including troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating equipment
You will provide equipment demonstrations and training for customers, as well as conduct in-house equipment repairs and telephone support for customers
You will prepare cost estimates and quotations for repairs and calibrations as well as other administrative tasks needed
Additionally, you will have additional duties including but not limited to selling spare parts, consumables, and services
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
Ability to read and understand technical, mechanical, and electrical drawings, including basic wiring diagrams
Ability to troubleshoot process equipment to the component level, industrial gases, water, electrical, mechanical
Ability to use common PLC software programs to field test, troubleshoot, and program equipment
This role will require travel up to 75% of the time both domestic and international
Preferred
2-year technical degree or equivalent
5 years related experience
