Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by qualifying and developing new leads, managing sales opportunities, and serving as the first point of contact for international customers.

Responsibilities

Qualify and develop inbound/outbound leads and manage a growing pipeline to achieve or exceed booking targets
Prepare accurate customer quotes based on pricing, product configurations
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries quickly and professionally while building strong, trust-based relationships
Collaborate with Regional Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to ensure customer needs are met and information flows smoothly
Understand customer challenges and coordinate internal resources to propose effective solutions
Process and manage customer purchase orders with accuracy and maintain all interactions in the CRM system
Support business development activities, identify new opportunities, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Required

BA/BS Degree in business or relevant subject, with 1–3 years' experience in an international environment

Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator (verbal, written, and visual)
