Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing multiple projects and teams
Developing workflows to ensure efficient project execution
Working closely with the Project Director
Acting as the main liaison between the client, design team and consultants
Ensuring the overall design intent is followed from concept through to construction
Qualification
Required
advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino and other design tools
experience coordinating a team and overseeing luxury, high end residential or hospitality projects across all project phases from planning to completion
experience reviewing and checking plans, reports, and ensuring adherence to best practice standards
experience managing and resolving technical aspects of projects, coordinating drawings, specifications, and quality standards
proven team leadership skills and will be able to supervise and mentor others
worked at a leading design studio in a similar role
must have the right to work in the United States
