Responsibilities
Work as an integral part of the enterprise account team to define the strategic IT engagement approach
Act as the lead technical expert in customer-facing engagements
Clearly articulate the nuances of Coupa's cloud hosting infrastructure, overall product architecture, and robust security and compliance frameworks
Demonstrate deep knowledge of complex integration scenarios with major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and D365
Proactively create, review, and evolve a library of technical sales assets
Serve as the key technical resource for the RFP team
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent experience that provides a strong, foundational understanding of core concepts
Demonstrate comprehensive technical aptitude across multiple domains, including modern web-based applications and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud models
Comfortable discussing infrastructure, enterprise architecture, AI concepts, multi-layered security, and complex integration strategies with authority
Direct experience with Finance, Procurement, or related business solutions
Keen decision-making skills
Ability to translate complex technological features into tangible business value
Exceptional written, verbal, and graphical communication skills
Documented experience developing and presenting clear, compelling technical narratives
Ability to confidently command a room, simplify complex topics, and adapt presentation style for diverse audiences
Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and effectively prioritize tasks
Genuine learning and exploring mindset, with a passion for staying current on new technologies
Willingness to adapt to a changing job environment
