Responsibilities
Provide hands-on Tax and consulting services to high-net-worth clients, families, and privately held entities, including C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and trusts
Lead multiple Private Client engagements and review estate, gift, and fiduciary Tax filings (Forms 706, 709, 1041)
Coach your team of CPAs and Tax professionals, acting as a trusted advisor and Private Client role model
Deliver tailored Tax strategies and planning solutions to every unique Private Client profile
Ensure accurate and timely Tax filing while representing clients for federal and state Tax and audit issues
Qualification
Required
CPA with Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Tax
6+ years' Tax experience in public accounting, focused on Private Client and high-net-worth individuals
Demonstrated Private Client, CPA, and Tax technical expertise
Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple Private Client engagements
