Document Management Coordinator

The Document Management Coordinator will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound mail, as well as preparing, scanning, and indexing documents into the Automated Workflow Distribution system (AWD).

Responsibilities
Process incoming mail to include identification, research, keying and preparation for scanning
Process outgoing mail
Key customer/group policies and scan documents into AWD
Store documents and retrieve as needed
Handle returned mail
Data entry for document identification within AWD
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or related work experience
Accurate data entry and 10-key skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic understanding of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Valid drivers license as applicable by work location
