UX Researcher

Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user research studies across the product lifecycle, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
Partner with designers and product managers to identify research questions and ensure findings directly inform design and product decisions
Collaborate with and support a Senior UX Researcher and the Product Design Director in shaping research practices, frameworks, and processes for the company
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to connect with users and gather feedback from high-value segments
Help evangelize the value of research across the company by educating partners and influencing product decisions with evidence-based insights
Contribute to research artifacts (personas, journey maps, user needs frameworks) that align teams around customer perspectives
Document methods, tools, and findings to grow a scalable research knowledge base
Be flexible and adaptable in choosing the right research methods to meet teams where they are in their product development cycle
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in UX research, ideally with SaaS start up experience
Strong knowledge of qualitative and evaluative research methods; some experience with quantitative approaches a plus
Excellent communication skills—verbal, visual, and written
Comfortable working independently and proactively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms; familiarity with customer data, analytics, or marketing technology is a strong plus
Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Userytics, Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Qualtrics, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
