Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and test-takers, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment
Manage inbound phone calls, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries efficiently
Perform document scanning and maintain organized digital records
Conduct various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
Ensure the test center adheres to all operational guidelines and standards
Coordinate weekly schedules, which may vary, and communicate them effectively to team members
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the test center
Provide support to the day-to-day supervisor by completing assigned tasks promptly
Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating them when necessary
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

Preferred

Previous experience in clerical or receptionist roles is preferred
Proficiency in handling document scanning and maintaining organized records
