Responsibilities
You will lead the strategic work for new digital experiences and AI powered products and experiences for our clients
You’ll help pioneer the next generation of products that integrate all aspects of product management, strategy, design, data, and AI technology
You’ll partner with leaders across product management, tech, data, content, and design as the strategic vision partner to ensure cohesive and extraordinary outcomes
You will collaborate with highly creative user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of products to bring to market
You’ll be a close partner and advisor to senior clients, playing a critical role in understanding and applying business requirements and logic while also balancing the end-user’s needs and goals
Define and refine working processes in constantly evolving environments
Mentor and manage senior team members
Qualification
Required
Experience conceiving, leading and launching AI work, with cross-functional knowledge and strategy
Understanding the nuance between deterministic and generative AI and enjoy converging the two into your goals
Formal product management methodology experience, refined by substantial practical experience and a proven track record of launching products and innovation
Strong track record of building and bringing innovative digital products to market from within either (or both) an agency environment, or product-driven company
Fluency with technology, data, product management and design peers
Proven track record in strategic partnerships, growth, leadership of cross-functional teams, new business development, and responding to RFPs and pitching
Ability to collaborate with others, inspire and bring out the best in others to get the work done
Experience in delivering ideas you've envisioned
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with smart and opinionated colleagues
