Responsibilities
Direct on-site field operations for the installation of BAS and HVAC control systems across diverse projects
Integrate, retrofit, and commission control panels, field devices, and smart building technology
Perform system testing, quality assurance, and client-facing demonstrations to ensure functionality and satisfaction
Troubleshoot complex automation environments using standard and AI-driven diagnostics tools
Maintain site documentation, enforce safety protocols, and support compliance throughout all phases
Collaborate in the estimating and planning phases of projects, including bid walks and technical assessments
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on BAS field installation and troubleshooting
Expertise in interpreting AE drawings and implementing relay logic in control systems
Proven leadership in field operations, with the ability to manage subcontractors and communicate with stakeholders
Familiarity with MS Office suite and readiness to adopt emerging technology, including AI platforms
Willingness to travel nationwide up to 75%; must hold valid US work authorization and a REAL ID or passport
