They are seeking a qualified OneStream Consultant to support technical and financial management solution projects for their DoD clients, focusing on the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level financial tools.

Responsibilities
Apply financial management and accounting principles to design and implement business solutions
Support the development and rollout of enterprise-level financial management tools
Participate in and contribute to client requirement-gathering and refinement sessions
Communicate effectively with technical teams, client stakeholders, and non-technical users
Contribute to multiple phases of the project lifecycle, including analysis, development, documentation, and training
Produce high-quality documentation and training materials to support tool adoption
Engage in continuous learning to advance technical capabilities and knowledge of emerging industry trends
Occasionally travel and work extended hours based on project needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of combined commercial and federal experience with enterprise applications
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, hybrid (in-person and remote) environment
Familiarity with functional financial use cases such as Financial Close, FP&A, and Operational Analysis
Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
Preferred
Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions
Exposure to data modeling, data visualization, and presentation techniques
Familiarity with data conversion, APIs, system integrations, and reporting/analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presentation
Ability to thrive under aggressive deadlines and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
Strong adaptability and rapid skill acquisition in dynamic environments
