The Sales Director will play a key role in scaling the company by targeting mid-market accounts across the US and working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Leaders.

Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team
Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
Prospecting, territory, and account planning
Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

Qualification

Required

5 years of Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into a mixture of Crypto Native/Trading companies
Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position
Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
Thrives in a team-selling environment

Preferred

Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency
Experience formalizing and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners
