Responsibilities
Coordinate desk and office space for visiting staff
Reserve conference rooms, including equipment needed for conference calls and meetings
Manage catering orders and food and beverage needs
Scan incoming client documents and move workflows associated to client
Prepare FedEx and certified labels for shipping
Order and stock incoming supplies
Assist with local office event coordination
Assist/backup other administrative team members
Qualification
Required
1 year of administrative experience
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality
Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Opportunity to travel locally or overnight to clients
Ability to be in the office five days/week

Higher level of education/college coursework preferred
