Responsibilities

Lead teams to successfully deliver projects from inception to completion

Develop an understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs

Partner with senior leaders to ensure projects produce the desired outcomes within the agreed constraints of quality, time, and cost

Contribute to developing and maturing PMO standards by participating in the creation of consistent practices, templates, policies, and tools

Manage and supervise other project managers, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance management

Ensure alignment between project delivery and enterprise strategy, driving measurable business outcomes, and advancing the maturity of project governance within the IT PMO
