Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and test advanced marine systems — including radar, steering, and control systems — aboard ships and onshore

Lead shipboard installations and support sea trials to ensure optimal performance

Deliver hands-on training to crews and build strong customer relationships

Represent Sperry Marine with pride, promoting our products and services globally

Required

Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field — or willingness to train in marine systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to learn and assist in troubleshooting marine electronic systems (including PCB-level diagnostics)

Basic understanding of technical schematics and blueprints — with training support available

Physically able to lift 20–25 kg, work at heights, and in confined spaces

Comfortable working aboard ships, offshore platforms, and in varied weather conditions

Willing to travel (approx. 30%), work weekends, and respond to short-notice assignments

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be a U.S. citizen and successfully complete pre-employment checks
